Security Board

I am looking for a dedicated DVR that:

1. is programable so that I can set record from say 8:00 am to 8:55am Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 9:55 am. tuesday Wed & Friday
2. The DVR needs to encode the files in a PC friendly format for editing later. (any mpeg, mp2 or avi format should be fine)
3. The files need to be accessible on the network.

A single channel DVR should do. Do you have any recommendations?

Any of the Veilux Standalone dvrs would work
