WV-NS202A IP camera setup

Can someone help me. We placed an order of the Panasonic WV-NS202A PTZ camera, Nitek VH439 and a Video capture card. We want to use it as a software controlled camera. Please help me how to install and configure the setup? Is the controller software already included in camera?
