Welcome to the Security Board! Under this forum you are asked to give us a personal introduction of yourself which is all-user friendly, and not an advertisement of any kind or anything else at all. That will be removed. Thanks!

What you should know most importantly, is that all postings in these forums will be public, but if you follow the 5 basic steps in secure posting, you should be ok.

1. Pleas be polite in all of your posts. Keep in mind that you're conversing with people that can come from any variety of backgrounds, so there's a good chance alot of disagreements will be taking place.
2. Tied in with number 1 is being considerate and respectful. We're here to benefit as much as we can from the posts, and nobody likes a disagreeable and/or harsh argument. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and you really cant force them to change it, especially over the net.
3. Class. Professionalism. Dont be silly out of place. Think more than once before you click 'submit'. It helps!
4. Be smart. Dont give away any personal information, regardless of how vague it may be. Dont be cynical or offensive. You're reputation on the net is just as susceptible as your reputation in the real world.
5. The Law. It's not going to be pretty if you break it, so make sure you know it.

And above all: HAVE FUN!
This is a proactive forum that exists so we can all learn, but who said that we cant enjoy ourselves as we learn?
